These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lifestyle Franchise website and the services provided by Lifestyle Franchise, a brand operated by Lighthouse Transitions Ltd, trading as The Franchise Consultant. Registered address: Unit 15, Kettlestring Lane, York, YO30 4XF.
Our services
Lifestyle Franchise provides franchise development and franchise recruitment consultancy services to smaller and part-time business owners in the United Kingdom, including:
- Franchise feasibility assessments and readiness reports
- Franchise prospectus preparation (4, 8, and 12-page)
- Operations Manual frameworks
- Franchise agreement guidance and review
- Financial modelling and fee structure guidance
- Franchise Planet directory listings
- Franchise recruitment retainer services
Enquiries and engagements
Enquiry stage
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a contract or commitment. Any engagement will only begin once a formal agreement has been signed and a deposit or full payment received.
Recruitment retainers
Franchise recruitment services operate on a monthly rolling retainer basis. A success fee of 25% of the franchisee's initial franchise fee is payable upon each completed franchisee placement, in addition to the monthly retainer. Full terms are set out in the relevant service agreement.
Payments
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment plans may be available on the Grow and Thrive packages — terms will be agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services where payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.
Intellectual property
All website content is the property of Lighthouse Transitions Ltd or its licensors. Documents produced as part of your engagement are licensed to you upon full payment.
Limitation of liability
Lifestyle Franchise does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
